CAREER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EVENTS

Career and leadership opportunities abound within today’s agriculture industry. Career and leadership development events (CDEs & LDEs) help students develop the abilities to think critically, communicate clearly and perform effectively in a competitive job market. FFA members competing in these events are challenged to work efficiently as a team, develop a strong work ethic, and learn many facets of agriculture. Those competing have the opportunity to compete on the local, regional, state, and national levels.
